Introducing Kayle “The Judicator”
A new champion was introduced, Kayle was an elite warrior, with a keen control of fire and potent holy links, but she struggled to suppress her renegade spirit and lust for understanding. She had grown weary of executing mission after mission on faith instead of reason. She knew in her heart that she fought for good, but she was sick of following orders without understanding them. “Why?” she finally asked. “Why not strike them harder and end this war now and forever?” and in an instant she was engulfed in a searing flash of light followed by complete darkness as she lost consciousness.
Developers Blog
“Guinsoo” post an update regarding “The Weekly Playtest”. Here’s the excerpt:
The weekly playtest is one of the first traditions established at Riot games; it’s an enjoyable break in our hectic work schedules and a tremendously useful tool in the design and development of League of Legends. Each Friday at 5 P.M. (here on the West coast), the entire Riot Games staff divides into teams and participates in a boisterous game of League of Legends. We’re a large enough group that we can fill several game sessions, covering a wide breadth of play-scenarios in a single sitting. It’s an opportunity for the entire team to enjoy the fruits of its labor, while collecting invaluable information which will later be utilized by multiple groups.
LoL Gathering was featured on the “Fansite Spotlight”.
